CERVEZA DEL SOL
Refreshing Meixcan style lager, pale straw color with a crisp and light finish. Salud! 4.2 ABV 20 IBU
KULMBACHER EXPORT
Rieker Star Brewing’s black lager from the 1800’s. Schwarzbier with subtle notes of chocolate/coffee with a smooth dry finish. 4.5 ABV 25 IBU
EPHRATA LAGER - Guest beer from Pour Man's Brewing Company.
American lager brewed with select pilsner malt and rice for a crisp body and lightly hopped with Galena then cool fermented with lager yeast. 4.5 ABV 20 IBu
VANNA WIT
A refreshing Belgian wheat beer brewed with coriander and orange peel. 4.6 ABV 10 IBU
SCHEMATIC IPA
We drew up a wonderful IPA with huge late hop additions of whole leaf Mosaic hops! Dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra for a perfect balance of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine. 5.8 ABV 50 IBU
COFFEE STOUT
Profound aroma of roasted grains, oats and coffee. Rich, smooth taste is enhanced with the addition of fresh coffee during the fermentation process. 6.2 ABV 28 IBU
COSMIC SQUEEZE
Juicy explosion of space itself, Galaxy and Strata hops merge together forming bright citrus and fresh flavors with a cannabis funk. 6.2 ABV 30 IBU
BACK SLAP IPA (not on tap - coming soon - consult bar staff)
Hop heaven with whole cone Citra hops used in our Hop Back for a wonderfully juicy citrus, tropical aroma and flavor. 6.4 ABV 70 IBU
COCONUT PORTER
A robust porter steeped on toasted coconut and "dry hopped" with chocolate puree. 6.8 ABV 25 IBU
TECHNOBABBLE NEIPA
We completely resynchronized our hop injectors with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops, creating a chronoton-infused serum with an inverse graviton burst. Almost disabled the auto sequencers but stopped power flow to the anti-attenuator. Warp bubbles. 6.9 ABV 35 IBU
BALD GUY
Earthy hops with an assertive malt background. Rye adds a unique spice to this amber ale. 7.0 ABV 50 IBU
MAIBOCK
This German Spring Bock is a strong golden lager with notes of bread, malty sweetness, and a refreshing finish. 7.2 ABV 24 IBU
PARALLAX IPA
Aggressively hopped West Coast IPA. Simcoe hops lend a pronounced citrus, pine flavor and floral character. 7.5 ABV 75 IBU
DUNDERHEAD
This Scottish Wee Heavy is complex with sweet malt flavors and hints of smoke and vanilla. 7.5 ABV 25 IBU
LUMBERJACK DIPA
A big copper colored Double IPA. Slight sweetness with assertive piney hops in the aroma and flavor, brewed with pure Vermont maple system. 8.3 ABV 80 IBU
KNUCKLEHEAD
Bold Imperial Red IPA with a smooth but strong caramel malt backbone and an assertive hop punch. Resinous pine with hints of citrus. 8.8 ABV 70 IBU

Allegro Winery. Soft, Smooth and refreshing, with bright fruit – no oak.
ENSEMBLE
Allegro Winery. A blend of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Petit Verdot, and 20% Chambourcin
RUBY RED
Allochtone Wine Co. In between a rose and red wine. Ruby colored with cherry and other berry flavors.
MOSCATO
Allegro Winery. Their take on America's sweet white wine — Moscato.
ALEXANDER'S BLACKBERRY WINE
Moondancer Winery. Blackberries jump out of the glass from start to finish.
ROSE
Allochtone Wine Co. Dry, light, fruity and refreshing.

HISTORY / ADAMSTOWN, PA TAPHOUSE
CKW IronSpire Taphouse opened May 2021 in the former Stoudt’s Brewery building which has been renamed IronSpire Complex. In late 2023, we moved into a newly renovated corner location in the same building. Our beautiful space includes tons of natural light, indoor seating, patio seating, and an outdoor pool table. We’re adjacent to the IronSpire Events Hall and Angus Antique Mall.
