Beers listed in order by ABV — low-to-high from top left to bottom right. Beer availability subject to change due to consumption and inventory. We usually have cider and/or mead on tap, as well as the occasional guest beer — always from other local PA breweries. Please consult bar staff and on-site menus for current selection.
JAHRHUNDERT
This beer was inspired by German community beers, also known as a Zoigi. Brewed following the Reinheitsgebot German party law with German heirloom malt, lagered and unfiltered for 8 weeks. 4.2 ABV 28 IBU
SCHEMATIC IPA
We drew up a wonderful IPA with huge late hop additions of whole leaf Mosaic hops! Dry hopped with Galaxy and Citra for a perfect balance of citrus, tropical fruit, and pine. 4.5 ABV 50 IBU
SINGULARITY SESSION IPA
This single hop session IPA showcases the best of Centennial’s vibrant citrus and soft pine characteristics. 4.7% ABV – 50 IBU
CERVEZA DEL SOL
Refreshing Mexican style lager, pale straw color with a crisp and light finish. Salud! 4.9 ABV 20 IBU
DENISE'S BLONDE ALE
Crisp and light with a good malt backbone. A slight hop presence adds balance. 5.4 ABV 30 IBU
MUNICH HELLES
Slightly sweet malt-accentuated beer with a light spicy Noble hop flavor and clean finish. This German blond lager is a pilsner malt showcase. 5.6 ABV 20 IBU
SETS IN WEST IPA
West Coast IPA with that classic California hop character, exhibiting notes of citrus and pine. 6.1 ABV 80 IBU
TECHNOBABBLE NEIPA (not on tap - coming soon - consult bar staff)
We completely resynchronized our hop injectors with Citra, Mosaic, and Galaxy hops, creating a chronoton-infused serum with an inverse graviton burst. Almost disabled the auto sequencers but stopped power flow to the anti-attenuator. Warp bubbles. 6.2 ABV 35 IBU
COFFEE STOUT
Profound aroma of roasted grains, oats and coffee. Rich, smooth taste is enhanced with the addition of fresh coffee during the fermentation process. 6.2 ABV 28 IBU
COSMIC SQUEEZE
Juicy explosion of space itself, Galaxy and Strata hops merge together forming bright citrus and fresh flavors with a cannabis funk. 6.5 ABV 28 IBU
ARIANA UBER PILS
We ramped up our Pilsner recipe with a heavy dose of Ariana and Callista hops resulting in a very floral beer with a wonderful berry character. 6.6 ABV 50 IBU
BACK SLAP IPA
Hop heaven with whole cone Citra hops used in our Hop Back for a wonderfully juicy citrus, tropical aroma and flavor. 6.8 ABV 70 IBU
CHAI TEA BROWN ALE
English Brown Ale brewed with Assam black tea and flavored with cinnamon, cardamom, and vanilla. 6.9 ABV 25 IBU
WINTERBOCK
Strong German lager with a malty, bread-like complexity, spiced with cinnamon and ginger to celebrate the winter season. 7.2 ABV 23 IBU
PINEAPPLE DIPA (not on tap – coming soon – consult staff)
Bursting with pineapple and tropical notes, this West Coast DIPA showcases El Dorado and Bru-1 hops with a pinch of pineapple puree. 7.5 ABV 70 IBU
COCONUT DOUBLE DOOHICKY
A juiced-up version of Doohickey with Fresh toasted Coconut! NEIPA with Bru-1 and Sabro hops for big bright tropical flavors. 7.5 ABV 35 IBU
DARK PASSENGER (not on tap - coming soon - consult staff)
This Belgian Dark Strong pours mahogany and with notes of figs, stone fruits and caramelized sugar. The rich and complex malty sweetness is balanced with a dangerously smooth alcohol warmth. 10.2 ABV 28 IBU

Allegro Winery. A blend of 47% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Petit Verdot, and 20% Chambourcin

Allegro Winery. Dry Rosé in a salmon color with primary fruit characters and finishes clean with a hint of crispness.

Allegro Winery. Their take on a sweet white Moscato.

HISTORY / ADAMSTOWN, PA TAPHOUSE
CKW IronSpire Taphouse opened May 2021 in the former Stoudt’s Brewery building which has been renamed IronSpire Complex. In late 2023, we moved into a newly renovated corner location in the same building. Our beautiful space includes tons of natural light, indoor seating, patio seating, and an outdoor pool table. We also have two event spaces available for rent!
